The name of the book that I have read lattey is the Walking dead/Road to Woodbury. I would recamend this book to a frien because it is a very interesting and fun book for someone older. This book is like that because it is avoid a group of people trying to survive in a broken world were the dead walk the earth. It is also good because there is a lot of intense moments like when the main charecter is about to die and then they somehow magicly live and it makes u jump out of your seat. That is why I would recamend this book to a friend.
I am currently in the middle of the book Divergent by Veronica Roth and loving it so far. It is full of adventure and there are huge plot twists that keep you intrigued. I recommend this book to anyone who likes a good thriller and/or science fiction story, or who enjoyed the Hunger Games series.
I loved the book Tormented by Lauren Kate. It had fantasy, adventure and romance throughout the book. The development of the characters really defined the book. The involvement of angels and demons brought excitement and history. I really enjoyed the modernised version of Lucifer. I would recommend this book to students that enjoy fantasy and adventure.
I have just finished the book called Stephen King; All Dark No Stars. I would highly recomend this book due to the fact that you can't stop reading it, also the fact it is an intence triller. For example in the first 45 pages the main charecter and his son kill this wife you'll have to read to find out why. Also its a nail biting book because after he kills his wife and his son runs away with his pregnent girlfriend. I would recomend this book to anyone who likes a good thrill in a great book.
I recommend that everyone should read the book "bones of the hills" by conn iggulden. Because it tells you the story about the great conqueror, the leader of the khan in Afghanistan that takes over most of the middle east. My first reason is, it takes about history that took place back in the 1700's when the khan ruled the world and their worst enemy was the Russians. The STory describes how the khan lived, travelled, fought, and what armour they used when they were warriors going into battle. It also told you a little bit about their enemies with their outfits, travel. My second reason is it tells you a little bit about the khan families and stuff about them, it says how the ruler ruled the world and what he did to keep it that way. It tells you why the khan we so powerful, fast in war, and how long they ruled the world (middle east) for and how long they fought to try and rule the world. It talks to you about how the khan treated one another and how they torcheered their prisoners plus how theyes celebrate and execution or when they win the battle.
Therefore, that Is why I recommend people to read the book "bones of the hills" by conn iggulden
i recommend the book "City of Bones" to all students, i enjoyed the book personally and thought that because of the detail that they put into it, many students would enjoy it. it has a long set of books carrying on after and keeps the mind thrilled throughout the book.

The book I read recently was Because of Low. I read it because I thought it looked interesting. I loved the book and the story behind it, I highly recommend it for any students who like reading for fun. The book is part of a series that is equally as good as the first book. I have yet to read a book that i like better than Because of Low.
Growing up Bin Laden is a good read in our library. I liked this book because it takes you into the private life of one of the most wanted terrorist in the world. Its cool learning about the different culture and how at one point Osama was not a bad person.
Ellen Hopkins is my favourite auothor and i recently read her book Tricks. I really enjoyed this becuase it adresses the struggles of a young teen mom. It is very insitful, even if the situation doesnt apply to most it will teach a young person many many lessons. The thing i lioke to the most us how it was written in a poem...
I read Brigands M.C by Robert Muchamore it was a really goodbook because it had lots of good quotes for my isu book. also it had a really good story line to it and also it was very intreeging. it was a great read and i recommend it to everyone if you like that type of book.
The Life After Death - Damien Echols
The reason that I thought that this was a good book, because it was an interesting case to follow. The author of this novel, was an accused murderer, fighting for his and others innocence in the case. Damien Echols is one of the three that were charged with murdering three boys in West Memphis. The book talks about the entire case and the innocence of the three accused murderers.
The book "The Knife Of Never Letting Go" by Patrick Ness is worth reading. It is about a young boy, 13 years old, and his dog setting out on an adventure. They live on a planet called "New World" when there is a disease that causes thoughts to be heard by anyone at any time. The main character Todd and his Dog Manchee are chased out of town by the mayor and his guards because it is time for Todds coming of age, killing another man. Along the way they meet new friends, make new enemies, and escape across the planet. "But it's hard to run from someone who can her everthing you think".
The book "Go Ask Alice" was a very interesting read. This book was about a girl who goes to highschool and realises how much all the normalities change. As high school progresses, she slowely starts to adapt to the changes and ends up winding herself into some mischeif. she slowely gets involved with drugs and then her life is quickly changing as she gets a boyfriend. Everything seems to be going bad for this girl when drugs take over her life. at the end of the book there is not much closure, but this book goes into the realism of a life in highschool and how easy stuff can take over. It was not the best read but i thought it was a good read for sociology because there is alot of key concepts on how highschools work. Although, i disagree with the books view on highschool compared to Fenelon Falls Secondary School
The book "The Giver" by Lois Lowery is a wonderful read. It follows a 12 year old boy named Jonas in a happy lifestyle but is more dystopian than anything else. Jonas finds out in the society he lives in have no pain and chaos. There is no even emotions and feelings so its not any love, joy, guilt or remorse or any other emotion in his society. But Jonas finds himself different than the rest, and questions why they are they way are. That sets him on his way to Giver, and shows Jonas the experience of life being lived.
The book "From the Corner of His Eye" by Dean Koontz. The book is about intertwined paths and how actions can have extreme and unexpected outcomes. Sometimes these outcomes are of high probability and some of the outcomes are at such a small percent there would be many many decimal places in front. In the book there are four main characters. Who's plot lines seem to have no relevance to each other until the end. The story within has miracles, violence, and subjects some people may find as "delicate subjects" to talk about. Overall it’s a great read and is an awesome book to use as an ISU book or for a book report. I would rate this book as a 7/10.
I just read a book called "The Hat Trick". Its a great book for hockey lovers. It is about a boy who grows up in central Ontario and works his way to the NHL. WHile playing in the NHL he gets into a fight and accidentally kills the man. He is forced to retire from his hockey career and then moves away to start a new life. If you have any spare time on your hands I suggest taking a look at this book I really enjoyed it
The Great Gatsby is a timeless classic with many twists and turns that keep the reader off their seat. It shows the diverse lifestyle between the rich and poor living in the glamourous East Coast of America. It is based after the first world war during a time known as the 'roaring twenties'. Gatsby throws the biggest parties in the area, filled with people who he barely knows and who barely know him. Surprisingly it is an amazing love story, and with so many spontaneous and amazing events occurring, it is definitely a must read.
The book "Hope in a Jar" by Beth Harbison is a great novel about two friends after being apart for over twenty years reunite at a high school reunion where they become closer than ever and ready to face their demons. Sometimes hope lives in the past, present and future but with help from a little package of cream can give you all the promise in the world.
In the novel, Rock and a Hard Place by Angie Stanton, sixteen year old Libby Sawyer lost everything in a tragic accident and is forced to live with her crazy Aunt Marge. The book 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone' by J.K. Rowling is a great book about a little boy named Harry Potter who experiences his destiny as a great wizard. Through this he makes wonderful new friends, learns more about his true life. He overcomes great obstacles and defeats the odds against him. Betrayed by P.C and Kristin Cast and is the second story of the 'House of Night' series. There is a girl named Zoey Redbird, a newly marked vampyre and is in the local High Priestess in training. Even though she is still human in every aspect of the word she starts to get through her transition from human to vampyre and gain friends on the way. She is also the new leader of the Dark Daughters and the stress from her boyfriends, school and the chaotic life around them is mounting. “Darkness does not always equate to evil, just as light does not always bring good” She is told by the Goddess of vampyres. Listening to this gift she holds is the best thing she can do, but Zoey starts to question even those that seem to lead her in the right direction. This book is a great if your looking for a romantic, drama filled, paranormal reading.
The book Looking a For Alaska by John Green is an all around good read, I would recommend this book to all students. The novel is filed with suspense, romance, mystery and life lessons. This book is hard to put down with a story that unfolds at a perfect pace. Looking For Alaska is about a teenage boy named Miles "Pudge" who falls inlove with unstable Alaska Young. The story is very touching and relatable which brings out the readers inner emotions.
The book "The lucky one" is a love and drama filled masterpiece. It is inspirational and an addictive read. The characters love and passion allow you to connect deeply with the book and the interesting and intense story behind them. You can fall inlove with the connections between the characters and the comedy throughout. Overall "The Lucky One" is an amazing book and recommended to all looking for a good read.
J.D. Salinger's "The Catcher in the Rye" was a superb book full of rich characters and symbols. It is a time honoured classic, and rightly so. The narrative of a young boy fed up with the world and all the "phonies" speaks to everyone who has felt angry at the world. Independence, honesty, and the variable inconsistency of both are richly explored in the novel, as the protagonist comes face to face with problems that all adolescents have faced. "The Catcher in the Rye" captivates readers of all ages as it follows a boy living in the unforgiving world of New York, trying to find what matters most to him.
Sharon McKay novel "War Brothers" talks about a resistance army that abducted up to thirty thousand children from their homes for use of soldiers and slaves. Five boys and a girl are taken from their school by the Lord Resistance Army. They believe they will be rescued but realize they must rely on themselves. Friendship and courage might not be enough to save them. War Bothers is a stunning depiction of the human cost of wars fought by children and what they had to go through. I recommend this book because its action filled and is described well to keep the reader interested.
I would recommend the book "Water for Elephants" by Sara Gruen to all of my friends. It is a fictional, historical, and romance novel perfect for any mind. It compels you to not only fall in love with the human characters, but the animals as well. It is the perfect mixture of old and new to appeal to adult and teenage readers. The novel is based around a travelling circus in 1930 which gives the book a whimsical whirl, intriguing the reader to never put the book down. All in all, the novel is fascinating, on-edge, and a perfect read for everyone. Get it today at the library!
The book "The Hunger Games" is one of my favourites without a doubt. I would recommend this book to anyone because it is so easy to get attached to. The story is about Katniss Everdeen, a girl from district 12 and her struggles as she is entered into the hunger games. The hunger games is a contest held every year in Panem where 24 kids are expected to battle to the death until one remains. The games are bloody and a terrifying experience for Katniss and the author creates every image perfectly in your head. Overall a well written book and an impressive series.
The hunger games by Suzanne Collins is a well-rounded book that I would recommend to all students. This book brings suspense, love and action to the reader. It is an addictive read the whole way through. The Hunger Games
has strong main characters and supporting
characters as well as a strong plot line. It is an interesting read that will keep you on your
toes. I really enjoyed every part of this book and hope that other people will as well.
The latest book I have read is Between The Lines by Jodi Picoult. I would reccomend this book because it has drama, relationships and and a twist on a fairy tale.
My first reason i think you should read this book is because it has drama. Delilah has a hard time in school she has one friend and lots of enemies.
My second reason you should read this book is because it has relationships. One relastionship she has is with a fictional character well she think he's fictional.
My third reason you should read this book is it has a very unice twist on a fairy tale. When a book Delilah loves comes alive infront of her eyes she not only loves the book but the main character too.
Therefore those are the reasons you should read the book Between The Lines.
J.K Rowling's novel "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" is the first book in the Harry Potter series. It is a very intriguing story that talks about a young boy who deals with the loss of his parents while living with his miserable Aunt, Uncle and cousin. This all changes when he discovers that he is a wizard.
I recommend this book because its an action filled story that keeps you reading.
Lauren Myracle's Shine is a very drama-filled read. The mystery of the story is constantly changing and the end will blow you away. The LGBT presence in this book is very eye-opening. The protagonist of the novel takes it upon herself to figure out who beat her bestfriend because he is gay. Shine is a good book if you enjoy heavy topics and the struggle of kids who do not fit in. Even better, this novel is based upon a true story of a young teenage boy who was strung to a fence in Nova Scotia. I recommend Shine to everyone who loves an intense read.
Scott Westerfeld's "leviathan" was a very good read. it was enjoyable. I would recomend this book to annyone that enjoys sci-fi action reads.
I recently read the book 'Under A War Torn Sky'. It was a great book, lots of action, lots of on the edge of your seat reading. The ending/conclusion to the book may be a tear jerker to some. Id recommend it to anyone who likes books about war.
I recently chose to read the novel, "A Game Of Thrones", By George R.R. Martin. It is the first installment in the increasingly popular series known as " A Song Of Ice and Fire" and is also the source material for the wildly trendy television series of the same name. This gruesome, dark and violent story is told through the perspectives of several characters that are part of an ongoing struggle for power over the seven kingdoms of westeros. It is filled with suspense, mystery, drama and betrayal as the story unfolds, making this book a gripping read at that. I would highly recommend this to generally any reader, but particularly for fans of fantasy/adventure/drama novels.
The book I am reviewing is "The Conqueror" by Conn Iggulden. I personally found it to an incredibly compelling read, and although its size may seem intimidating, it's more than worth it. Even though it is technically the final book in the Khan series one of the lovely things about the book is you can read it with no prior knowledge and still understand what is going on and enjoy it. The book is very mature though and probably not for the faint of heart because of some of the rather graphic descriptions in it. Regardless of this it leaves the reader on the edge of their seat the whole way through, while teaching some history of the Khans. If you enjoy historical fiction or just like a good action book this book gets my highest recomendation. Enjoy!
I would recommend "The Book of the Living and Dying" to someone. Firstly it has alot of emotion and can sometimes make you feel emotions reading it. For example when Sarah thinks that her best friend and her boyfriend had done stuff, and then stopped talking to her boyfriend. Another reason would be that it is suspenceful with a little romance. The romance in the book is good because the bond that Sarah and Michael have is very strong which makes it nice to read. It is suspenceful because of Sarah's brother who is a ghost and keeps appearing to her. This is why i would recommend "The Book of the Living and Dying" to someone prefferably who likes suspence and romance.
I read the book Jaws, Right from the opening chapter were a woman is malled apart in the crystal clear ocean, your hooked. The way the book describes the 20ft. Man eating beast makes it so you can picture your self in that charecters shoes. I've also seen the movie and for once i can honestly saw the book was way better than the movie and i defenently recommend it.
I recommend the book "The Hound of The Baskervilles" by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. In this book Sherlock Holmes is required to keep sir Henry Baskerville safe from the hound that has been Haunting The Baskerville manor for hundreds of years. Except, Holmes finds out that it not a hound who has been killing the people of the manor. This book is excellent for aanyone who likes mystery books and detective stories.
Stephen King's "IT" is a heart stopping suspense/horror novel, it's about several kids who come face to face with a terrifying entity of unknown origin, that feeds every thirty years. This book is excellent for anyone interested in horror or suspenseful novels.
I recomend the book "Runaway" by Alice Munro. She is an inspireing writer that has strong fiction stories about love. The storyline is about a young woman who wants to leave her husband but is uncapable of doing so. It is a story that can relate to some peoples lives and with the use of depth, and detail it makes the story come to life.
I recently read the book, Invisable by Carla Buckley for an ISU. It is amazing, you never know what the next page will hold. The novel is about a woman named Dana Carlson, and her "niece" Peyton Keheller, and their journey and struggles to figure out why Dana's sister, Peyton's "mother" has died of kidney disease.
i am curently reading a book called uglies i highly reconmend the book if you injoy adventerious books also books about the future bim really enjoying reading the book i cant wait to read the next ones in the series
The Night Angel series are books for people who love fantasy. it has everything a fantasy novel has but its not a childrens fantasy. i recommend these books for anyone who loves fantasy
The book i have chosen to review is the third book in the Divergent trilogy, Allegiant. While i have enjoyed the other two books in this trilogy i would say this one is completely different. Even the way in which she writes it changes. If you are one who does not like when the POV changed back and forth then i would suggest avoiding this book. The ending is one to make even the strongest people weep and is a risky way to end her trilogy cuts off many possibilities of writing another novel. All together i would say this book is quite good but not the over emotional.
The book I read was called "The Hunger Games". It was one of the best books i have read to date. The reason i feel this way is that i enjoy the outdoors and i really like how katniss sneaks out of her district to hunt and provide for her family.
i read the catching fire novel and i liked how it continued nicely with the previous book, thumbs up!
The novel the hunger games by Suzanne Collins is a great book. The Hunger Games will appeal to teens, ages 13 and up. The book contains violence and strong emotions so younger kids may find it disturbing. The writing is excellent and the plot propels the reader through the book at a rapid rate. The book also always keeps you wondering making you never want to put it down. Overall I think the Hunger games is a great book and I would recommend it to many of my friends.
I enjoyed the book Shelter by Frances Greenslade because you almost felt as if you could put yourself into the shoes of the characters and feel what they felt and saw what they went through. It was straight forward and wasn't confusing at all. I couldn't put it down and just wanted to know what happened to Maggie's mother and if she would ever see her again. I would recommend it to anyone and would read it all over again!
I read City of Bones. This book is awesome! it is full of action, suspence, and romance. It kept you guessing until the very end! This book is great for anyone who likes a really good book!
I enjoyed the book Harry Potter and the Chamber of secrets because it is very adventerous. The three main characters consist of three friends by the names of Harry, Hermione, and Ron. The three friends are back to the Wizard school named Hogwarts and this time it is more dangerous than ever. The book was filled with excitement, and had me reading chapter after chapter. Harry faces problems when he is accused for opening the Chamber of Secrets that has not been opened since the last heir of slytherin was there, Tom Riddle. Once Harry solves the mystery he finds himself saving the life of Ron's sister Ginnie and thwarting Lord Voldemorts plan once again. i would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good adventure book.
The book 'Divergent' by Veronica Roth is a great read. I couldnt put the book down, i loved how much action is has and the suspense it's great. It is centered around a sixteen year old girl whos world was turned upside down when she found out she was a divergent. In the world she lives in divergency is not a good thing because the people who run the city cant control them so they kill anyone who is one. Luckly the main character Tris is able to hide her divergency for a good length of time until a war breaks out where everyone in the city went after divergents. during all this chaos she is able to escape with her friends and the rest is to be continued in the second book.
Over all this is a great book and series and i love every scond of it.
i really enjoyed the book "the hunger games". the author really captured all of the elements it needed to be succesful. there is a lot of different genres stuffed into the book which made is a hit for many readers
This book was really interesting. I enjoyed reading about the fantasy part of the book but also the more serious, everyday girl issues that this book talks about. The way the author worded parts of this story were so hilarious i caught myself laughing out loud more than once. The maturity level of this book can be quite low but other than that the story line was excellent as it showed the protagonist learning life lessons and finding her place in the world.
i like the book touching spirit bear because the book is dedicated to buff a seven-hundred-pound black bear. he tough me to be gentle i, too,am part of the circle. Cole Matthews felt defiathly in the bow of the aluminum skiff as he faced forward into a cold september
i like the book touching spirit bear because this book is dedicated to buffy, a seve-hundred-pound black bear who has became my spirit bear. he taught me to be gental and that i , too,am part of the circle
The book Rancher's Girl was an amazing read. I would recommend it to many people.
The book Catching Fire was awesome I couldn't put it down and I was very pleased with it!
Ender Games was an awesome book because the storyline was amazing and the characters were showing how people would react to different problems and how they want to defeat the aliens before they hit us, it also shows how if you keep pushing someone they will get the job done even if they are being lied to by a friend, the story also shows how being isolated can be an advantage to most commanders.
The book The Cheater was an awesome novel. It had many twists and turns. I would recommend it to anyone.
I just finished reading one of Nicholas Sparks most well written book is one of the most heart wrenching and romantic books I've read in awhile. No matter what type of person you are this book pulls at all your heart strings. The characters are very dimensional and prominent. The conflicts are very obvious and strong. The theme is exceptionally detailed and very well connected. Not many books can reach a readers heart like The Last Song can.
The book i read was "Mockingjay" the final book in the "Hunger Games" series. This book wraps up the story and leaves some sad endings but over all there is a happy ending that lets fans know that their favorite tributes are ok.
I liked the book Mice and Men because it was an interesting book. There was very suspenful moments and this book was set in the Dirty 30s and reminded me of the great depression. In the book it was hard to get jobs and money. i liked this beeok because there is also a movie on it.
"Dear John" is one of Nicholas Sparks many books, and is personally my favourite. The book was happy and heartbreaking at the same time, which made it more interesting. I decided to read the book because I enjoyed the movie, but ended up liking the book better.
The book "The Notebook" by Nicholas Sparks is a romantic love story based on the main characters, Noah and Allie. I really enjoyed this book because it proves that long distance relationships can work. Despite the problems that Noah and Allie faced, their love overcame it all and brought them back together. I would strongly recommend this book to anyone who likes a good love story.
I enjoyed the book tweaked because it had a very modern style setting. this book had a lot of ups and downs and the book was very hard to put down because it left me wondering every time I stopped reading. over all just a really good book yall,
i enjoyed reading the sisterhood of the traveling pants, the book was very moving and even made me cry at parts. There is so much emotion that keeps you on your toes and makes you wanna dance with happiness in the book i recommend everyone read it
Daughter of Smoke and Bone - Laini Taylor
I definitely recommend this book! It has certainly made it into my top five books of all time - it's that good. The plot is engaging, and full of twists, even shocking. It's an extremely original book, and though it reads a bit awkwardly at the beginning once you get into the flow you won't be able to put it down.
Daughter of Smoke and Bone is about a 17 year old girl named Karou, an art student in the city of Prague. But there's something a little strange about her - she is the errand-girl for a monster. It's funny, romantic, action-packed, and dark. I recommend this to absolutely ANYONE who has a taste for fantasy
Enders Game- Orson Scott Card
Enders game takes place after the first and second formic war with earth, ender is a 6 yer old boy who is being watched by the international fleet to be picked to go to battle school to become a great commander in the next formic war, he must go through tough battles and struggles while at battle school. It includes stuff as mock wars in zero gravity and a high tech games room, It was a amazing book and has good character development WAY BETTER THAN THE MOVIE WAS!
"Fire" by Kristin Cashore is a book i highly recommend, as the second part of a series which follows the fictional life of a girl with unique abilities that keeps your attention throughout the whole story. A book worth stopping and picking up if you ever had the chance.
I recommend the book, "The Outsiders" by S.E. Hinton. It is an amazing book and has plenty of very valuable lessons through out the entire book. It is about family and friends and being there for each other no matter what life throws at you. It is based on an unlikely hero, Ponyboy, who the rest of society believes to be a Greaser. It isn't a very long book, however it is filled with many events and life lessons. Very easy to relate to.
I recommend the book "The Hobbit" by J.R.R. Tolkien. It is an excellent book and is very uplifting for the reader. It is a fictional novel that takes the reader on a wild ride through J.R.R. Tolkiens made up world "Middle Earth". It is a very easy read and will hook any reader almost instantly and they won't be able to put it down. It is based around the theme big things can come in small packages and if you are short like the main character it makes you feel good. Overall an amazing book and a great read. Make sure you check it out.
I read the Boy in the Striped Pajamas. I thought it was a great book, it was interesting because it was about war, and there was interesting stuff in it. The ending is horrible, but it was a book that you will remember.
I liked the book Rumblefish by S.E. Hinton. It was interesting. It was about some sort of gang and fighting. It was a lot like The Outsiders. There was lots of action.
I am currently reading the book Mocking Jay by S. Collins. I like it because it is action packed. I read the other two books and want to find out what happens to Katniss and her friends. It is entertaining.
I like the book The Guardian, by Nicholas Sparks. It is intense, there are a lot of themes, which would make it useful for an ISU. There are a lot of twists and turns which keep you interested.
I would recommend the book "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins. This novel is fiction taken place in the future. It is about a girl in poverty who gets chosen to fight to the death in a competition in front of millions of people. It is a very good book filled with suspense and romance. I could not put the book down when I read it! 10/10 would recommend.
I enjoyed the first to books of the hunger games series. They were very action packed and intense to read. I haven't read the mockingjay yet but I'm am curious to what happens in the end. I can't wait to find out what happens to katniss and her family.
I recommend, Hatchet, by Gary Paulsen. I used this book for an ISU and i ended up loving it. I couldn't put it down. Its a gripping book about a boy who is stranded alone in the wilderness for months. You are the character, you see what he sees, and feels what he feels. Amazing book!
I recommend the book "Mocking Jay", the third and final book in the series "The Hunger Games" written by Suzanne Collins. The author ended the series quite well, and really captures the reader's emotions. The final book is action filled but also carries along tragedy with it. The ending is bitter sweet and really has the reader's emotions tested. The author does an amazing job on the whole series and is suggested you read book 1 and 2 before reading this one.
I think the Hunger Games is a good book and worth your time because it is a very action packed, heart throbbing book and very long so if u have a lot of time on your hands you can fill in that time easily and that is why I think Hunger Games is an AWESOME book!!!!
I really enjoy the hunger games trilogy, by Suzanne Collins. I thought the series was great. I found it really easy to picture as a movie in my head, and the books were described in great detail, making it easy to picture. its also very addicting and you just get so caught up in the book, you never want it to end.
The book I recommend is diary of a wimpy kid if you don't like to read much and arnt in a high level of English classes this book would be great for you. I hate reading but this series actually got me hooked on reading them
I recommend the book, "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" by Stephen Chbosky. It is a fictional novel based on an insecure freshman named Charlie who always seems to stay in the shadows until two outgoing seniors teach him that being yourself is the most important thing in life. Charlie, and the readers, are taken on the amazingly horrible adventure called high school, as they learn what love, life, friendship, and the power of the perfect song is really about. This book has many very important life lessons that I will value for the rest of my life. I recommend this book to any reader as it is a beautifully written novel and extremely easy to connect with. I would defiantly recommend the book "perfect match" by Jodi Picoult to many students! It is just an overall great book. It begins with a young boy who is sexually assaulted and looses all ability to speak. Throughout the book as a reader, you see how a mother can change so fast when get young boy was hurt. She looses her self control along with her pride of being a mother. She believes she can no longer protect her young boy again; leading herself to do unforgettable things. The book will leave you questioning yet with overall great lessons.
"Miss Peregrine's home for Peculiar Children" is a book i highly recommend. If you love Harry Potter, this is your kind of book. It is very thrilling with haunting photographs included. You'll love it if you want a good thriller. It's a great mystery that i enjoyed very much. "A tense, moving, and wondrously strange first novel. The photographs and text work together brilliantly to create an unforgettably story." - John Green, author of The Fault in Our Stars.

The book i am reviewing is "If I Stay" by Gayle Forman. I read this novel after watching the movie in theatres. I was pleased to find that the novel was better than the movie and told parts of the story not touched on by the movie. I was impressed by the character development far more than in the movie and would suggest this book to anyone who wants a good cry.

I enjoyed the book 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower' by Stephen Chboski. The book is about a shy boy that enters high school and finds a group of friends that try and get him out of his shell. This was a very emotional read that teenagers could relate to. It contained romance and had amazing character development. The book had a bittersweet ending however the reader will be satisfied with how the characters are left. I really enjoyed this book and would highly recommend it.
the book i read was "the first stone". It was a great book because it brought two people from two seprate lives together without them even knowing. This book was easy to follow and had a pretty good plot line.
I recommed the book "between shades of gray" because it shows WWII from a very different perspective. It begins with a girl who is deported out of Lithuania by the Soviets. Throughout the next two years, she faces hardships and conflicts.. I recommend this book for history fans.
I liked the book "Looking for Alaska" by John Green because it is a book that had a lot of feelings to it. There were parts in the book that made me laugh and cry and I like that. It's also not the kind of genre that I read often so I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did.
I am in the middle of reading the book 'Quarantine: The Loners' by Lex Thomas, and would recommend it to anybody who likes to keep themselves guessing. The characters are very relatable, all of them high school students, and they still struggle with typical teenage problems, no matter how outrageous their situation is. It has the violence of 'The Hunger Games' and the faction-type set up from 'Divergent,' which makes it a very enjoyable read.
At the moment I am currently reading the book Go Ask Alice. I would recommend this book because it is a classic and it has a great lesson. This book is great for teenagers because it deals with drugs, anorexia, and the effects of hanging out with the wrong people. It also is written in small journal entries so it is easier to read.
The book Will Grayson Will Grayson is a definately a book worth reading. Some may find it offensive and rude but in general it is a fantastic teen novel that most can't put down until they finish it. The book is about two teen boys both with the name Will Grayson. After an im expecting meeting In one of the most bizarre places in town both people get popped into each others lives. Of course there are all those silly teen areas of the book but in general it is a fantastic rude but hilarious book.

I highly recommend this book to all teens in high school. It is relatable because it shows the struggles of being a teen in highschool. It is also eye opening to see all of the mental illnesses.
